• The Red Lion at Yardley Hastings

An 18th century pub located in Northamptonshire, The Red Lion has recently undergone a £250,000 re-fit, which included a complete new kitchen ventilation system. The challenge for us was to design a system capable of efficiently extracting and replacing air from our 6m extract induction canopy, without nuisance noise or any visible duct from outside of the pub. The kitchen ventilation system we designed, manufactured and installed complied with all criteria.
